First Month Rent Free currently being offered on all rentals. In order to receive FMF, you must pay the two one time fees which are the administrative fee of $29 and your lock fee which start at $19.99. Final step is opt in to the monthly premium of your choice for your protection plan and then the final step is to enroll in autopay to process your monthly payments much easier.
